Annual reports

Effective April 22, 2014 the Faculty Senate amended and approved "Policy A83: Annual Report." which states that the Executive Vice President for Administration, the Provost and the Chancellor for Health Sciences are responsible for preparing and making available the annual reports on their respective websites. Please refer to the following memos for instructions:
