Scholes Hall Conference Rooms
The Office of the Secretary is responsible for the scheduling of the Roberts Room and Room 101 in Scholes Hall.

Roberts Room
Room Policy
- Rooms can be scheduled up to six months in advance.
- If you require set up time, please include this in your reserved time slot.
- Please do not remove chairs, furniture, or equipment without first contacting the Office of the University Secretary.
- The University Secretary's Office does not provide IT assistance. If you require assistance or training on the audio/visual equipment in the conference rooms, please contact UNM It at 505-277-5757, extension 2.
- Please be advised that circumstances may arise when the University Board of Regents, and/or the President may require the conference rooms. If this occurs, you will be notified immediately, and it will be your responsibility to find an alternate location for your meeting.
- Kindly ensure that the conference room is left clean and any materials or refreshments are cleared after the meeting for the next group.
